Ok before anybody answers pls think about it first. The choice of sub will stay by JL.

2 things are important for me. The volume of the box, should be so small as possible and the sound. I want a great sounding but also would like to keep the deep base. So here is what I thought.

1. 12W7 good points. deep base, SPL. bad the thing need a big box :wall: .

2. 2x 10w6 fast sub great sound and extremely small box. 17l

3. 4x 8w3 I think i will keep the deep base due to the cone area. bad is that if i want to resell them not many people will want a 8in sub.

4. and this is the fun set up. 6x 6w0 or 8w0. I really have no idea what this would sound like but it still interest me.

Thanks for any help.

Brian

PS this will only happen if i can get my MTX sold

In what kind of car should it play?
What amp do you have for them?
The 13W6v2 is my favourite JL sub ;)

Hi Fortissimo,

The car is a seat ibiza and the amp will be a us amps 2000x. i know that is a lot more power than i need but i have the amp and i wont sell it. Remember the box should stay as small as possible.

2. 2x 10w6 fast sub great sound and extremely small box. 17l

I had this two subs in my Peugeot 307.
Fast, loud, funny. :bang:
Whit the us amps 2000X, you can try a 24 Ohm setup briged on the 2000X... 12 Ohm per channel...

Christian
