Alpine PXA-H701 Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with a pxa-h701 processor.
When i install the processor it will work.
But when i turn off the radio and put it back on i will get only a lot of pink noise.
Strange thing is when i disconnect everything and will wait for a hour or so and connect it back it will work the first time i turn it on.

I have opened the pxa i tought maybe a loose connection but i could not find anything strange.
The only thing that i saw was that when i measure the outside of the rca outputs my multi meter will peep 0ohm when i mesure between ground and outside rca
Is this normal?
